We use various delivery couriers, depending on which product our customers order. For UK orders we use Royal Mail 1st tracked and Royal Mail special delivery. For international customers we use DHL, Fedex and UPS
yes, we have customers ordering from all over the world. We ship internationally using DHL, Fedex and UPS.
Delivery times are dependant on which product the customer orders. For stock items delivery is 2-3 days. Engagement rings are usually delivered in 10 days. Any custom jewellery orders, delivery times will be advised at time of ordering.

Singapore - allow 5 days

Payment
We accept all major credit cards. Customers can also use bank transfer if preferred. Customers can also pay using apple pay & google pay.
Once a customer has placed an order and the item has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link will allows them to track their delivery.
The only payments methods available are using the payment service through our website or by bank transfer.
Orders & Returns
To place an order simply browse our collection of jewellery pieces. Once you have chosen your product add it to the shopping basket and click checkout. Fill out the customer detail form and shipping address. Then choose which payment method you prefer.
Customer are able to cancel before the item has been dispatched. Unfortunately once the item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel their order.
No you do not need to have an account to place an order. Tho we do suggest you register an account, this will enable you to revisit your order information.
If in the unlikely event the item you ordered has a defect, please contact our customer services to start a return process.
